Oh right, Change Islands again. Are you sick of hearing about this place? Well that’s too darn bad, suckers. This episode of #SplitTheRock comes with PONIES. Newfoundland ponies, that is. They’re a critically endangered species with less than 400 in the world, and they’re magnificent.
We stopped by the Newfoundland Pony Sanctuary to chat with Netta LeDrew, the go-to woman when it comes to Newfoundland ponies in Change Islands. I recently donated to a charity supporting the build of a new barn and stable area, and I was happy to learn that progress was coming along well. If you visit, please do donate to their cause.
