Photo opp: Dwarfed by giant cedars in British Columbia

Discovering the giant cedars was another one of those “HOLY SHIT” moments of mine and Cailin’s Cross Canada adventure. We saw the sign not long after crossing the border into British Columbia, pulled over, and started wandering into the woods.

We didn’t get far, just enough to snap some photos, but I love how the light filters through here.

I also like the feeling of being “short,” as most of my friends have a height deficiency and I’m the giant cedar among the saplings.

Have a great weekend!

I’m sure “most of your friends” are just thrilled that you just called them saplings. ;-)

Giant cedar among the saplings. Epic.

I’m not a sapling. I’m average. And I’m okay with that. (though, now I’m wondering if you’re taller than me. . . )

I do love that photo, though :) always a fan of light through the trees…
